Advantages of Jacquard fabric

Jacquard fabric is a pattern formed by changing the warp and weft weave when weaving the fabric. The yarn count is fine, and the raw material cotton is extremely demanding. Can be divided into woven, warp jacquard, and weft knitted jacquard. Weft-knitted fabrics have good elasticity when stretched horizontally and vertically, while warp-knitted and woven jacquards are not elastic when stretched horizontally and vertically. Jacquard fabrics are very versatile, not only can be used to make casual trousers, sportswear, suits, etc., but also bedding materials. Clothes made from fabric are comfortable and popular. The satin weave is interwoven on the jet loom. Because the warp is made of bright silk, the cloth surface is attractive, and it has occupied a place in the fabric market with its advantages of lightness, softness, elasticity, comfort, and luster.

Characteristic of Jacquard fabrics

Jacquard fabrics can generally be used for high-end and high-end clothing materials or decoration industry materials (such as curtains, and sofa fabrics). The manufacturing process of jacquard fabrics is complicated. The warp and weft yarns interweave up and down to form different patterns, with concave and convex patterns, and beautiful patterns such as flowers, birds, fish, insects, birds, and animals are often woven. Soft, delicate, and smooth unique texture, good gloss, good drapability and air permeability, high color fastness (yarn dyeing).
1. Because jacquard has extremely high requirements on fabrics, high-quality cotton around the 40S is generally used, otherwise the patterns and effects it should have cannot be woven. This kind of fabric is not easy to deform or fade, and it is soft and breathable when used. The wearing experience is very good.
2. Jacquard fabrics are all woven with special techniques, so the colors and patterns of the fabric will be very rich. Plum, orchid, bamboo, chrysanthemum, or birds and animals can be drawn. The key is that the fabric has a little three-dimensional effect. The finished bedding is not only comfortable but also beautiful, making the whole room instantly high-end and classy.
3. The monochromatic jacquard fabric is delicate and soft to the touch, both in terms of gloss and drape, and the color fastness of the fabric is high, generally, there will be no ballooning or fading, and the fabric pattern layer cleaning has a three-dimensional effect.
4. Multi-color jacquard and mono-color jacquard are relative. It will use more than 2 colors for rendering. The fabric color is extremely rich and will not be as monotonous as mono-color jacquard. Monochrome or multi-color can be based on your preference to choose.
